All at the same time, I would:
1. I would open the best bottle of wine quickly available and pour a glass, then drink it throughout the rest;
2. I would write a final blog post thanking my family and my readers and leaving some sort of final thought;
3. I would call my parents, grandparents, and brothers. This is after #2 because #2 would work for those who I do not have time to call.
